This is the index for links to everything that didn't fit into some other category. Some of it relates to dogs, but some does not.   (In case you are wondering abut the logo, I always abbreviate "miscellaneous" as "miscl" which would be pronounced "missile". Be grateful I didn't choose to show the rear view with the dog bent forwards into a jockey-like riding posture.)

• Thinking About Energy Policies : towards breaking the addiction to guzzler cars and guzzler houses.
• Real Estate without an agent, describes my ideas as to what would be an ideal real estate web site to enable buyers and sellers to deal directly without needing an agent. It is my belief that a really well designed site with a powerful search engine could eliminate the need for agents in 95% of sales, thus savings sellers and buyers tremendous amounts of money. (Warning : if you are a real estate agent, you probably will not like this article.)
