The Michael Line #4

Higher & Lower Order Desires

All of you have heard the words higher and lower in reference to spirituality. You have lower or base desires which are assumed to be bad, and higher or spiritual desires which are assumed to be good. This year we are advising people to let go of the idea that good and bad equal higher and lower. What you have is higher and lower ORDER desires which originate from higher and lower orders of awareness. You have lower order desires which originate from caring for your body - survival, and higher order desires which serve your evolution - essence or spirit. We want to stress that a lower order desire, which is survival based, can be quite appropriate to the condition from which it originates. The desire to eat is necessary for survival, the desire for shelter is necessary for survival. These lower order desire are however easily distorted by fear. The highest order desire is the desire to remember the Tao, a desire which cannot be corrupted by fear. It is also useful to note that the desire to remember the Tao encompasses all other orders of desire. Once this is continually affirmed you begin make true choice the dominant factor in decision making. (Note that some other sentient life systems have worked this out in mathematical proofs).

We bring this up to encourage not to blame or shame yourself over lower order desires. If you are in a negative state of health because of them simply see the cause as an imbalance - the less blame applied, the easier it will be to bring desire into balance. Remember, spirit (essence) is energy and cannot be destroyed. Essence incarnates to play the survival game and lower order desires are necessary to survive. When you were a nomadic hunter you needed to kill other animals and eat their flesh. This is a lower order desire that was necessary for your survival at that time. Higher order desires brought a natural attunement and a respect for the animal energy into the hunt game, the higher order desires also provided caring of other tribal members. The unconditional caring of children is a higher order desire. Physically abusive parents will lack higher order desires. Higher order desires are necessary for human collective survival on a global level, without them the population would shrink very quickly to the optimum human carrying capacity. considering the ecological damage that has occurred, about two million individuals.

The levels of desire are as follows:
1. Basic survival of the individual, includes eating, sleeping, shelter.
2. Survival of the family or small tribal unit. Included caring for family and procreation.
3. Harmonization of the larger community. The desire to serve. Includes career.
4. The desire to know. Includes the desire to understand what lies beneath the surface of any system.
5. The desire for individual transcendence. Includes essence desire & true choice.
6. The desire for group transcendence. Includes understanding the evolutionary needs of the entity and true service.
7. The desire to remember and know the Tao.
( The levels of desire will be covered in greater detail in the next issue of Channeling Arts.)
Notice that the first three are the most common - these are the desires that drive your life. Desire #4 is the seeker, when you begin the question the dominance of the first 3. If you feel the inclination to do so, examine your own life and try categorizing your desires.




Michael Line #5

So far we have been talking about a subject we call True Choice. In Michael Line #1 we gave a mental picture of a big driver and a little driver - the big driver was essence and the little driver was the body and personality. Someone recently asked "where does chief feature fit into all of this?". We would like to address that question. (For those of you unfamiliar with chief feature the seven chief features are: Self Destruction, Greed, Martyrdom, Impatience, self deprecation, arrogance, & stubbornness. Many Michael channels describe chief feature as your main stumbling block.)
With chief feature entered into the picture we have you, true personality who is the little driver in the radio controlled car, we have essence, who is operating the controls from a distance, and we have your passengers, who are in some way influencing your driving. To put this into a clearer perspective, it is the back seat driver who insists on telling you how to drive. Sometimes the back seat driver gives good advice, but in most cases the back seat driver wants to be in control of the vehicle to reinforce her own existence and purpose. Chief feature will attempt to maintain a sense of purpose to prove its existence and you provide the energy. Chief feature has enlisted you to maintain and coddle it most of your life. Chief feature has become a possession that needs protection from threats.

With your back seat driver you have a number of options.
You can 1. Take the advice 2. Pretend they are not there 3. Get angry either internally or externally. 4. Stop the car and ask them to walk. 5. Stop the car and tell them to drive 6. Divert the exchange away from how you are driving by giving the passenger a useful task 7. Blend the sound of the voice of the passenger into the total sound of driving environment. Remember we are talking about chief feature here and not a driving teacher (although we could consider chief feature a teacher). You are already an experienced driver.

Of course there is no right answer to this one, but you can guess what we would recommend. At times your anger (3) is useful for moving energy. When fear is stuck somewhere sometimes anger is necessary to move it. You all have been angry at some time so you have all had the experience. Anger can escalate into violence and some of you have been there too. You have all gone through separations (4) where you have had no choice but to terminate a relationship, and you have all had the experience of taking orders against your integrity (1). We want to point out here that all of these experiences came through some degree of choice and were to some degree useful in creating your present moment. At times a walk through coals is necessary.

The later two (6 & 7) are more subtle and have been less obtainable to you. When you find a useful task for chief feature you realize that it does have some value. By giving it a value (6) it feels less threatened (chief feature always feels threatened) and it ceases to compete with you for attention. The final way (7) acknowledges the existence of chief feature but puts it into the realm of all that is. It is no more or no less important. It is equal to all other sounds (vibrations).

In reality removing chief feature is not so simple. Chief feature is your body armor or your layer of protection. Taking it off can be as terrifying as taking your clothes off in a public place (dream images of public nudity are associated with leaving chief feature). We will add also that much of the spiritual work you have been doing has been working away at chief feature.
If you choose you can work to recognize chief feature. To do so brings chief feature out in the open where you act upon it consciously. To know chief feature is to recognize its voices. We offer a few here:
"I just have to have it now" (greed/impatience)
"Nobody likes me" (self deprecation/martyrdom)
"What will people think of me." (arrogance/self deprecation)
"I won't!" (stubbornness)
"It's mine!" (greed)
"I am going to (kill, beat up, destroy) that (person)" (impatience/stubbornness)
"I am so much better than (person or persons)" (arrogance)
"I am no good at anything" (self deprecation)
"I guess I will have to do it myself" (martyrdom)
"I am right!" (stubbornness)
"We'll do it my way and no other" (stubbornness)
"I just can't take it anymore" (self destruction)
To better understand your own chief feature you can use the image of the back seat driver. Notice who it is back there and pay attention to what they are telling you. Pay attention to similar scripts that come up in your head. Yes, you have identified a voice of chief feature. We congratulate you.


The Michael Line #6

Over the course of the last MIchael Lines, some questions came up about the material. One question, "What are Devas", brings up the following topic. I hope the question gets answered.

"The Spiritual Bureaucracy"

First, all the spiritual planes exist within the one sphere of the idea of the Tao but for helping you understand your placement within the whole it is useful to continue with the game of separation. Yes the planes are all within the one; yes, they have a separation or an identity. For convention sake, that which you recognize with your five senses is what you perceive as the Physical Plane. Much of the physical is invisible to your senses so you have invented tools (technology) for extending your senses. Still parts of the physical are invisible even with your most sensitive instruments. You have been extending your perception of the physical plane with technology, but you have also been extending your perception of the physical plane into the astral plane with your astral or psychic senses which in many cases are dismissed or lie dormant. We bring this up first to remind you that the division between the astral and the physical is quite subtle and the two layers will intermix and interact.

You could say that you are astral matter that has pushed into a lower vibratory range called the physical. With this extension of yourself into the physical plane comes forgetfulness of your spiritual origin. You are both an astral being and a physical plane being - you are an astral being that incarnates, or extends its perception into the physical plane. To do so you need a body.
You could compare the body to a diving suit that you use to explore a strange and foreign underwater world. Above you are tubes running to the surface where attendants carefully monitor your progress. Your discoveries are important to them and above all your safety is imperative. The suit is so restrictive though that you have difficulty seeing anything but the view a few feet in front of you. You are down so long that you forget about your caretakers above and take for granted that you are on your own in this dark world. You actually believe that you are the suit. After what seems like a lifetime you are given a tug and up you go. You are free of the suit and your caretakers are busy reviewing your progress. Your memory returns and you lay out your entire adventure for all to see. (Every single little detail). With your original awareness back you discover yourself again in a world of bright skies, sunshine and very familiar "faces".

Now, what about The Spiritual Bureaucracy. We hope that through this simple analogy you will get an idea of what you are about spiritually. That is, you are conscious energy with an identity that is on a journey through unknown territory. To take the journey you need special equipment. Equipment is something that you add on to yourself but is not you. All of you have some kind of job title given to you for your incarnation mission or cycle. A popular one for servers is "caretaker of new arrivals", artisans like, "equipment extension developer", warriors love the simple "pathfinder", there are thousands of these titles and they relate directly to your casting order and entity makeup.
We want to note that job titles are not status governed. All titles are seen with equal value. Some of you will hang around for extended periods of time working on the higher surface (astral plane) servicing the explorers below (physical plane). Your entity has an entity mission and your cadre has a cadre mission. We are an entity and we are still with our mission that we chose before beginning the incarnating process. All of what you do to the most minute of details contributes to the total effort of your entity. Part of your entity works in the astral plane servicing your incarnation and many others are incarnating. Some of you old souls are still hanging around while your mates have cycled off. Cycled off does not mean you are free from the collective consciousness of the entity. You are just through putting on the restrictive suit. Your direct work in the physical plane is complete but you have much to contribute to your collective.

Dimensions

In the last issue we began a topic called "The Spiritual Bureaucracy". Before we go into more details of the spiritual bureaucracy we want to say a few things about dimensions and dimensional shifting.
In a one dimensional reality there is nothing, no relationships whatsoever. This is impossible to visualize because your imagination creates a relationship automatically and with this relationship you have a second dimension. The second dimension is a two dimensional plane or the surface of any object. You are all familiar with it and use it to transmit symbols in the physical plane. You know it well in books. The printed language is a two dimensional vehicle to create a three dimensional image in your mind. It is described geometrically by the ninety degree angle and the Cartesian coordinate system. You have two directions for motion, up and down, and side to side. You also construct your three dimensional reality from the relationship of millions of two dimensional surfaces.
The physical plane is considered by a collective agreement to have three dimensions. You have three planes joined at ninety degree angles and three directions of motion: up/down, sideways and in/out. Points that define boundaries can exist anywhere within the directions. This is the system you use to separate objects.

You also have another dimension, the fourth dimension. It is commonly known as the direction time, but we will call it the moment. You are always in the moment and cannot leave the moment. You only have one moment that carries with it the illusion of motion. The motion is all third dimensional relationships changing position. The moment describes any position of change but it is also limited to the extent of the awareness of the perceiver. The awareness of the moment is on the average, 7.23 seconds.

You are also a fourth dimensional being and it is through this we will later prepare you for some of the affects you will experience as the collective consciousness continues to shift. Imagine the moment as a clear sphere containing the awareness of a three dimensional reality. You are inside it and you cannot get out, but you are content with this limited illusion and do not even feel a desire to get out of it. Now, imagine the sphere being points on a line forming the axis of a graph. Then visualize the spheres moving into all the quadrants of the graphs. The fourth dimension beings can move into any of the moment spheres. Instead of being trapped in one of the spheres, she has knowledge of moving in new directions through the expanded relationship of the moments. Their moment becomes all the spheres in the plane of the fourth dimension.

You are also a fifth dimensional being. To visualize the fifth dimension use the plane of the fourth dimension and extend it up and down, so that you form a space composed of the spheres of the moment. Imagine a transparent box filled with the spheres. If fourth dimensional beings can move backward forward and sideways through the moment, then fifth dimensional beings can move up and down through the moment. Sixth dimensional beings can manipulate the shapes of the grids. The sixth dimensional is fluid or plastic compared to the lower planes which have more rigidity. In the seventh dimension the fluid is allowed to evaporate and condense. From one to five we describe moments in a more solid form, in sixth it liquefies, in the seventh it evaporates and in the eighth it reaches another level of stability or a complete dimensional octave.

In the last issue of the Michael Line we talked about dimensions, now, what does all this about dimensions have to do with you? Very simply, you are making a shift from three dimensional to four dimensional awareness. You are learning to go outside of the present moment and look into it as an observer. Looking back at the diving suit analogy, fourth dimensional awareness permits you to leave the suit while you are still underwater. Instead of being in a restricted moment, you are in an unrestricted moment. As a three dimensional being you experience the moment as a sequence such as a string of beads. As a fourth dimensional being you will experience the moment as a grid, like a woven fabric. The change for most of you will be subtle. For example, some of you will be noticing subtle changes in the daily appearance of details. "Was that lamp shade light blue or white? Was that building ten stories or twelve stories?" You are slightly moving into the most similar parallel universes. Instead of only having awareness of one parallel you will be having awareness of three or four similar parallels. (The parallels also have dimensional regions, you have the third dimensional parallel which is the awareness of only one parallel, you have a fourth dimensional parallel which is awareness of parallels set in an x/y coordinate system or grid, and a fifth dimensional parallel which is awareness in an x/y/z coordinate system. )

Your sense of time will be accelerating. What is happening here is that the 7.23 second moment will be jumping to a longer wavelength, lets say around 18 seconds. This doesn't seem like much, but it is one whale of a perception shift. This will more than double the amount of information you will receive in any given moment. With this comes a widening of the astral portals and many of you will be seeing the world in a much different light. We mean that literally. This will also reduce the manifesting delay rate to about half of the present average. For example, if it takes you three days to replace your chocolate cookie supply, with the reduction in the delay, it will take you a day and a half. Pay attention to your desires! Your thoughts will be appearing around you as three dimensional objects much more rapidly. This means that your fears will also be appearing in three dimensional form. It also means that your loves will also be appearing in three dimensional form as well. Please, throw away your expectations!

For those of you who like numbers. If your moment were to be described as a sphere with a radius of 7.23 seconds, then the jump would add a second sphere of 18 seconds surrounding the smaller one. The volume of a sphere is 1/3 (radius x surface area) so, a 7.23 second moment would have a volume of 1,583 seconds. The volume of an 18 second moment would be 24,429 seconds which is 15 times greater. So, as a fourth dimensional being with an 18 second moment your awareness would be 15 times greater than a 3 dimensional being. A two dimensional being would see you as a superior being since its plane of awareness is the square root of your sphere, that is, 39 seconds which would reduce to a radius of 1.77 seconds (the first dimension is the undefined 1/0). These numbers may give you an idea of the magnitude of change in your awareness. The difference in the third and fourth dimension is your ability to move through moments. There are also third dimensions with different moment wave lengths, however, the beings are considered three dimensional because they are locked into that moment. You as a fourth dimensional being will only average 18 seconds, you will have a good bit of elasticity within that range.

So as the year progresses you will be experiencing life more like an astral being experiences life. The difference is, you are in a physical body, they are in light or radiation bodies. On the other hand, because the 4th dimension allows some visibility of the fifth dimensional you will be more aware of the astral influence in your life. This is much like you, as a third dimensional being, are aware of time but do not see it as a form. If you tried to give it a structure you would have nothing to describe. At best you experience time as a motion. As a fourth dimensional being you will see time as an energy field similar to what you experience as radio waves. You will understand time as a wavelength of energy that, like its twin electromagnetism, has a vast range of wavelengths. You have just been able to experience one wavelength in the Third dimension. Time is the medium for electromagnetism, the energy of the physical plane. Time, instead of an imaginary motion, will have a sensation to it.

Spiritual Bureaucracy

We will continue with more about dimensions.

Nearly all physical plane planets have higher dimensional fields of consciousness wrapped around them. 3rd dimensional planetary masses serve as skeletons, anchors or magnets for conscious, energy collectives such as cadres. Cadres will use moons as temporary shelters and contingents will use entire planets for home bases. To help understand the purpose of the third dimension we emphasize the word "structure". The frame structure and foundation of a house does not give the final shelter but it is all important for the complete dwelling. The third dimensions supplies the stable platform for conscious gaming. You can think of the necessity of a football field for a football game. Notice that an empty football field appears quite dead, then picture the life the game brings to it.

All the planets of this solar system have higher dimensional worlds full of awareness and non-organic life. The 6th dimensional field of Uranus is hardly recognizable but certainly exists to its inhabitants. Mars has a developed 5th dimension as does Venus and Jupiter. Mars also has an immature 4th dimension which extraterrestrial visitors use as a base. (The face on Mars is a real 4th dimensional object constructed 3.5 million years ago. In the third dimension it is worn down by the elements - in the 4th dimension it is in perfect condition and still being used). The more distant planets have developed 6th and 7th dimensions. Mercury acts more like a moon and is a temporary shelter. A cadre will use it for as long as it needs it then move on - usually well after a complete earth cycle when mergence with the Sun is possible.

When we talk about a developed dimension we mean this: A developed dimension has the capacity to allows the focused awareness of sentient beings. Earth rocks have awareness but they are not awake in the third dimension; they are awake in the 5th dimension where they have the intelligence to create themselves. What you see as minerals is only the skeleton of the mineral.

Earth is unique in this solar system because it's third dimension is developed enough to maintain consciousness, but in a confining and limited suit called the body. Earth is awake in the third dimension which allows sentient and other aware beings to habitat a lower frequency of vibration. (Why this is can be answered but at a later time). You have heard stories of people dying, going to "heaven" and listening to the song of flowers. The flowers at the fifth dimension have sentience, at the third dimensions they are asleep.

Extraterrestrials, most notably the greys are 4th dimensional beings. Other extraterrestrials reported here are from even higher dimensions. Extraterrestrials have learned to enter the 3rd dimension temporarily. This allows them to manipulate the skeletal structure of their own dimensions. The fourth dimension is a dreaming form of the 5th, and the 3rd is a dreaming form of the 4th. Another note. The higher the dimension the more stable it is and the longer a body can be maintained. 4th dimensional beings can live a few thousand years if need be. 5th dimensional beings can live for a few 10 thousand years - etc.

Now, your ability to create illusion is based on the mental construction of millions of two dimensional planes that are curved by the space of the third dimension. In reality you see only two dimensions and think a third dimension. You also think a fourth dimension but to not have a physical sense of it. For example, you see two dimensional planes with your eyes and then construct a three dimensional reality with mind, memory and intellect. The third dimension is learned.
A fourth dimensional being takes with three dimensions the way you work with four dimensions. Their learning to synthesize the fourth is similar to your synthesis of the 3rd. You can think of a 4 dimensional form as millions of 3rd dimensions wrapped around the space of the fourth. You actually do this in creating a moment. You build your moment by activating millions of three dimensional scenes into what you call your reality. Remember, you experience the 4th dimension as time - for you time is an intellectual construction. You have no sense organ to sense time so you continually construct it intellectually. If you had a sense organ that could sense three dimensions you would be able to see the fourth dimension instead of contructing it.

Dimensions, especially the lower order dimensions are dependent on an energy source to maintain stability. They are energy fed and governed and if the source becomes weak they will weaken. The source of the fourth dimensional field on earth, as with the rest of the solar system, has weakened but it steadily and quickly gaining its power source. The source of the three dimensional field is now weakening in relation to the 4th which is why your reality is changing so rapidly. You are moving into the Earth's developing 4th dimension.

The weak 4th dimension has formed a barrier for human beings to perceive the 5th but the developed 4th will act as a bridge to the 5th. (Higher dimensions will close a dimension to teach a dimensional lesson or in some cases, in 4th dimensional worlds which many have the same problems of earth, will create prisons by closing the third and putting prisoners into the second.)

Now, what does this material about dimensions have to do with the spiritual bureaucracy?
Each spiritual plane encompasses a set of dimensions. For those of you who enjoy math, the Tao is the union of all dimensional sets. Each spiritual plane is a subset but contains the idea of the union within it. Your three dimensional physical plane with it invisible 4th dimension is the most limited. In a few years, when some of you will be seeing the 4th dimension as a space, this will seem quite apparent. Each lesser plane then is a subset of the one above it. It is very much like peeling an onion.
Each dimension has its regulatory agency with increased limitation and increased chaos as you descend. Yes, this is a paradox. On earth you have the most limitation in communication and movement and also you have the most chaos or "lawlessness" to contend with. To a being of a higher dimensional order the chaos of the physical plane looks like the waves crashing on the shore of a huge ocean. The difference is the higher dimensional being in aware of the great ocean and you on the physical level are being constantly rolled by the surf.

Now, the laws of the ocean apply to all parts of the ocean, but if your location is limited to the surf, then all you are aware of is the local laws of surf-dom. Of course your higher dimensional friend will be encouraging you to swim out to sea but your conditioned reality will tell you otherwise. "Swim out and join the dolphins" the higher level will say, but the conditioned you, having been through too much water in the nose, are ready to find your way to the stability of the sandy beach. There is no beach.

We call the regulatory laws of each dimension an agency because since the laws are thought forms then they come from consciousness. All laws originate from the Tao, but they are administered by angels and their subgroup, the devas. What you have then are two major kingdoms (there are others) of consciousness, the I consciousness and the we consciousness. This is putting it in highly simplistic terms, but still useful at this point.

The We consciousness does not know separation and appears to act mechanically. They regulate the passage of energy throughout the Universe in all dimensions. At a lower level, for example, a deva will regulate the behavior of a species. Devas are an evolutionary, regulatory agency. The growth of a species stays within the limits of the DNA - DNA molecules are the manifest thought forms of the Devas. On another level gravity is another class of We consciousness. Gravity encompasses a universal range while the devas encompass local ranges. Both are We consciousness agencies of Service. The agencies follow a hierarchy similar to the biological taxonomy Kingdom, Phylum, Class, Order, Family, Genus, Species division. (Notice the seven categories.)

The "I" consciousness is the explorer or the player within the limitations provided by the "We" consciousness. You as essence is "I" consciousness. For millennia you are under the careful guidance of the "We" consciousness then you became human. You lost the protection of the Devas and find yourself on your own - separate.

A note about the Devas: The line of communication between the Tao and the Devas, with all the in-between areas, is impeccable. The Devas are well aware of their creator. Imagine if every morning you woke up and received written instruction from essence. You open a little box by the night stand and inside is your precise daily itinerary. How many of you would like that!


Michael Line 11

Welcome to the Michael Line 11. It seems that Michael has interejected a little humor into this one but I think we are finally getting to the subject of the "spiritual bureacracy".

Perhaps by this time we should define what we mean by "the spiritual bureaucracy". Very simply, all spirit planes, the physical plane included, have governing agencies. They may not always resemble your local DMV office, but there are governed sets of procedures that are followed. For example, the physical plane has its laws of physics. They hold the physical plane together and allow the Devas, who are astral, to do their part in regulating energy to create and manage life-forms. WE, besides working with you all (y'all) also work in the governments of the astral plane. We also work with astral beings as we do with you. Michael channels have agreements to be part of what is similar to your franchise system.

Now, if you find your local government complicated you will find the spiritual government many times more complex but in no way complicated. The astral plane suffers in no way from the inefficiency and corruption of most modern governments. We have no red tape (blue tape maybe). Many of you have visited our main office in the astral plane during your astral plane visits and possible you remember it from lucid dreams. Seth, another Causal teacher also has his main office. If you find yourself in a lucid dream state or astral travel, you can use this simple instruction for locating the "building". Think of a telephone, give it the color blue and dial "M I C H A E L" or 642-4235 (this reduces to 7)and you will find yourself in close proximity of the edifice. We are using a neoclassical look at this time. You can't miss it.

The astral plane is full of these offices and temples which serve to transmit consciousness from the Tao to the lower planes. At this time on earth, and at this stage of our teaching - we manifest through you as however you choose to use our energy. On the astral plane, where are presence is clearer, the beings who work with us choose to manifest us more formally through an office. We don't create our teaching on the physical plane - you do. Nor do we create our teaching on the astral plane - our astral students do. They choose to bring our teaching into their reality in a way that is appropriate for them, as you do to. Neoclassical architecture is simply the expression of the thought forms of our astral students.

The overleaf system is an official doctrine and manifests an office. This gives the system an identifiable location. Other spiritual laws also have offices. A place of worship, where you learn to commune with the Tao and the ladders of manifestation would be a temple. There are also schools and this is where the franchise idea comes from. We have a main office where astral plane beings group as a collective to understand the overleaves, they move outward to other locations and establish schools. The Michael channels work under the direction of Overleaf schools. Yes we do have astral beings who work with the system and aid in its dissemination. We don't teach alone.


The Michael Line 12

Before we go on we would like to share this little rule of thumb, "Love Creates the Means for its Perpetuation."

In one of our earlier Michael Lines we talked about you being in a deep sea diving suit and forgetting that you had a boat full of attendants who are at the waters surface. The boatload of attendants is your astral support circle and unlike your physical plane support circle, this one is always complete. You meet them in your dream worlds and you all know them when you return to the astral plane during deep sleep. The members of the support circle are individually called "specialists" and we are here introducing a new term. The specialist simply fills an identifiable position in your astral support circle. Yes they do have job descriptions and some of them are quite lengthy and even on the bombastic side as some astral beings can be. They all aid Essence in bringing the astral world into the physical plane and vice versa. They are your communication links to essence, us, and beings at all levels of spirit.

For example, when working with our teaching you have an astral being tutor who helps in the transmission of causal energy into the physical plane. On the level of the causal the overleaves are identifiable and distinct energy flow patterns which are translated into astral matter which is then translated into the physical plane as the overleaf chart. The chart then is an energy relay center. (We will avoid the use of acronyms such as ERC). You have a personal guide or specialist who handles our teaching. The system is similar to your electrical grids that need transformers to bring the energy down to a lower level that your home appliances can handle. We will use more than one of your specialists depending on how the energy needs to be transformed from causal to physical.
During astral life in between incarnations you will spend time selecting your group of specialists. You interview various beings who will assist you in your lessons. If your life lessons warrants a serious illness, you will hire a being who will help you become sick. This of all positions is filled by the healer. Since your lessons are about self healing then you will be given a disease to work through. This is not an envious position for the being since she must at times leave you alone to your suffering. The specialists will facilitate your lessons but they will not do them for you. You are your best learning tool.

It is at the various schools where you select your specialists. You will find your healer at a healing school. You will find your muse at a muse school and you will find your discipline at a discipline school. Yes, there is a bondage study group. Note that the astral plane is leveled according to soul age, so when you return to the astral you return to a region of your entity that corresponds to your soul age. You may move down levels from older to younger but not vice versa. Moving up levels is done on the physical plane. You will then share schools with members of your entity and cadre of your same soul age and level. Different cadres can mix but you tend to magnetize back to your entity position. Also, entity mates will often fill specialist positions when they are not busy incarnating, but most often the specialists positions are filled by recently cycled off astral beings.

Astral Plane Overleaf Schools (Overleaf Study and Selection Centers - OSSC)
(Very briefly, overleaves are the vehicles of your personality. The overleaves are the foundation of Michael's Teaching. There are seven classes of overleaves, Role, Goal, Attitude, Center, Chief Feature, Mode, and Body type. There are seven overleaves within each class)
The overleaves are universal communication tools and can be taken on and off (in the less restrictive astral environment) to provide whatever communication is necessitated by the conjunction and grouping of sentient thought forms. On the astral plane you will see overleaves as patterned colors which are some what materialized by the being using them. You will literally try on overleaf sets in the astral.

Overleaf combinations are testing and experimented with at the Overleaf Study and Selection Centers which begin at the 4th level of the astral plane. At the 4th level they can be somewhat disguised to meet the belief systems of the various beings who are getting ready to incarnate. For example, a being who doesn't believe in the possibility of reincarnation will wipe out memories of past lives and the physical plane. In order to move into another incarnation she will have to be tricked (by her essence and the teachers) into testing overleaves. She will be living a reality that is based on her physical plane incarnations but without the knowledge of the physical plane. Her reality at the time is contained within her Astral Thought form Sphere. She is in a supreme denial and will assume she is going to the center to pick out something to wear on a trip she will be taking soon. She certainly will not be doing anything like the nasty business of incarnation that she has heard others talk about.

At the center she will try out the way the overleaves feel and look until she is satisfied. Of course the trip she will be taking is back to the physical plane for another lifetime. This lifetime will be Karma Generated. She will have no conscious choice over her parents and their circumstances. Karma will take care of all the details.

Higher level school participants spend a great deal of energy in choosing the right overleaves and will go to great lengths in planning the next lifetime. Every detail - in some cases - is considered, studied and tested. Groups of beings will gather together into committees to negotiate agreements. This is the case of most mature souls. They will agonize over every detail and they can be extremely perfectionist about the process. Old souls, who also teach at the facilities, are much more detached about the process. They have already used all the overleaves and have experimented with a variety of eccentric combinations. Tell an old soul that she will need to use Moving Centered, Passion Mode, Cynic, in Discrimination and there won't be too much fuss with it (until after she incarnates). Old souls have an easier time sliding when the need arrives.

The schools are like the holo-decks in the Star Trek series. They do not have desks, blackboards and lecterns but Physical Plane Reality Simulators. The simulators draw upon information in the Askashic Record and can create and replay a life scenario over and over. Practise makes perfect and you will sometimes have a difficult time convincing the participant that "this is only a dream". We recently supervised one fragment who believed he was locked in a dungeon forever - literally forever. The crimes he committed while incarnating were too much for him to bear and he felt he needed the appropriate punishment. Our service representative, a 1st level old warrior, almost exhausted all her tricks to get him to shift his awareness enough to move on to another learning stage. She even appeared as Satan to scare him out.

The schools are soul level appropriate. Baby soul schools will be very different that old soul schools. Old souls can be lazy about returning and will avoid school, skip class so to speak. Many of them will postpone incarnating for as long as possible and many of them have created an open doorway to the astral so they will remain in close contact.

Astral Schools and Soul Levels (The Spiritual Bureaucracy)

Remember that schools on the astral plane are experience simulators and not schools as you would find them within your own communities. Learning on the astral is not restricted to cognitive tools (reading writing and arithmetic). They are created for the testing of experience. The question asked is "How many possibilities can I create from the choice that I made?" and "What is the lesson in Karma". You may find this amusing, but Karma is traded on the astral plane. You may exchange Karma as long as the exchange is equal.

The learners in the schools are all of the same soul age and level. For example, you will have a class restricted to 3rd level young only. The instructors can be of any soul age but they are usually at least seven soul levels higher. There is no restriction to how many instructors can participate, or for that matter, how many learners. The soul age/level will define the type of lesson so it would do no good for a 3rd level infant soul to mingle with a group of 4th level young souls. Yes there is (a loose) segregation by soul age and level within the school system, just as you have grades 1-12.
You may ask, how does the entity work within this system. After astral ascension (death of the body) you will migrate back to a frequency that matches your position in your entity. This is your permanent address. The position then evolves and ascends with your entity. You can expand the awareness your position, but you are restricted by the evolution of your members. Imagine a town with lots that can expand in any direction but always maintain the same street address. The lot size is only limited by the awareness of the fragment. The entity will then divide itself into soul age/level districts and you go to the school in your district (a district is an area of common vibration). Neighboring entities will also coalesce into each other and share districts, this makes the lessons more interesting. Districts can be shared by as many as 12 cadres. There is also talk of experimenting with super districts of 1200 cadres to mimic some of the super city conditions on earth.

Infant soul schools are much more in touch with Devas and will include devas as "workshop leaders". No...no one is sitting round tables and having coffee and stale pastries. These Deva workshops are very intense and work directly with the instinctive center. Many of these workshops are games created to examine the predator prey relationship. There is not much sophisticated belief system creation going on here, but there is a practice of attunement to the natural world and studying how animal spirits can be used as allies. The major theme is understanding nature.

Baby soul schools are basically earth civilization simulators. Baby souls will practise simple occupations such as postal carrier, customs inspector, security guard etc. to study the structure of civilization. They spend time creating boundary formation games which limit and confine energy rather than expand it. The major theme is understanding order.

Young souls are not good students. They insist that they don't have to return to physical plane, especially when they look at their Karmic records. Usually they have to be fooled into learning anything that will help them make a return trip to earth. Baby souls are easy learners but their games are much more simplistic. Young souls are full of bravado and they tend to think they know it all. Most of the time their Karma just pulls them back to a suitable incarnation. They will spend an inordinate amount of time in schools simply recreating their desires and playing them out over and over again. The key theme is understanding will.

Mature souls are much more humble, and after lifetimes of extending their will they become willing. One of the practises at the mature soul school is the bringing together of a large group of fragments into one body. In the one body they can all experience the lesson together. They will then divide again into separate fragments and "discuss" the lesson. Mature souls though are too eager to please the instructors and do what the instructors want them to do. They will feel abandoned when they have to isolate themselves to think on their own. They key theme is understanding consensus.

Old souls are a bit unruly in class. They have been through this enough and spend the least amount of time in school. They like to teach and usually will be assigned as an instructor. They will instruct any soul age and they love to work with young souls. Young souls need to be fooled into learning and the old souls enjoy creating the tricks needed to fool the young ones. The old souls have the experience to create all sorts of games to run the younger ones through. Old souls tend to go into independent study. This is similar to graduate work. You will be working on your Cycle Project which will be complete at your last lifetime. Schools for old souls are more like free form hangouts where they congregate to exchange affection. They will break all the rules of soul level segregation. After all, the old souls are learning mastery. They key theme is understanding mastery.

The Michael Line #15 - The Spiritual Bureaucracy

What does all this have to do with the physical plane?

We want to remind everyone that all physical plane creations have an origin in the astral plane, all astral plane creations have their origin in the causal plane, all causal plane creations have their origin in the mental plane, which in turn is connected to the messianic and the Buddaic etc. The Tao and the akashic record then encompass All That Is. You could say that the Tao just hangs out and reads the akashic record. "I wonder how all those particles of individuality are doing today? I think I'll read the daily akashic record and catch up on the breaking news...etc.etc." Perhaps you are getting the idea that when asking for spirit assistance follow the chain of command. There is some truth to that but we will add that in doing so you are putting the Universe into a formula that you can understand. You in the physical plane depend on logical sequence and order to navigate the mixture of energy, emotion and information that you call yourself. Therefore, placing the astral plane into a system similar to a bureaucracy is useful in understanding how energy, information and your physical emotional response to it affects you. For example, you could say "Oh, I will leave my body at a time that is called death and my present separated awareness will join a larger form of myself in a place called the astral plane. I don't have to fear the unknown because there will be so many familiar processes. And when I get there I will discover that I never really left because that larger part of myself that I separated from was there all along."

Also, and we have mentioned this to some of you before, since the physical plane has its origin in the astral plane, your earthly bureaucracy has its origin in the astral plane. Your thoughts mainly originate on the 1st level of the astral plane and are processed by the brain into forms that the body can understand. (As a side note, schizophrenia are adept at seeing the 1st level of the astral plane - more on this some other time) Every thought that passed through every politicians mind somehow had its origin in the astral plane, such as, "Hey, lets try really containing energy, lets create little compartments in dark holes that we can put our bodies in; we'll even guard each other so we can't break out". From the innocence of an infant soul on the astral plane this actually sounds like a fun thing to do. And please notice, how much you enjoy telling stories of your pain! We want you to look at that. You are passing along information about your learning experience on the physical plane. Every thought silent or spoken is returned to the origin for evaluation. As an infant soul you came from a place of complete innocence and entered a magnificent world of physical illusion. So please, if you will, begin relaxing the blame that you have for yourselves, your lovers, your partners, your children and everybody else that comes into your life. The more you pay attention to when you are in the cycle of shame, blame and guilt the easier it will be to send and receive clear, conscious thought to the astral - where you simultaneously attend school. What you create, test, plan, practice, negotiate and believe in the astral school system you then transfer as a thought form into your physical plane incarnations.

As you progress in soul age as an astral fragment you can then go back to previous lifetimes and make changes that aid in the evolution of the entity. What occurs in the schools is independent of sequential physical plane reality but it limited within the range of the highest soul level the astral fragment is studying. You can work on any previous lifetime but it is the emphasis of your present soul age/level that creates your present reality. We offer you a paradox here because in astral reality you could have already cycled off but your present physical plane incarnation is being adjusted to meet the needs of the members of you entity. You have already done the lifetime you are experiencing but you have reentered it to make changes. Consider that at the 7th level of the astral plane you can experience your entire physical plane incarnational cycle as one moment. If you now want that information in your present moment it is available. You know all of your future lifetimes and you past lifetimes, in all their parallel variations now. Translating it into physical plane logical sequence is the task.


The Michael Line #16

Notes from the channel: Well I have finally made it back and after reviewing the past notes it seems that I have lost continuity with the previous subject, that is, the game played by essence on the astral plane. Perhaps it may return, perhaps it may just as well be time to begin a new chapter.

Events here on the physical plane seem to have taken me away from my computer but life seems to be going back into more balance. For those of you interested, I began a new job, teaching high school art, right after the death of my father. These big events always have a way of taking me out of my routines. As it stands, the new routine is forming and this channeled letter is again returning to be part of it. Also, I am still in the process of rearranging my computer proceedures including Email software and internet server.

At this moment, whatever Michael has to say is a mystery to me and I am looking forward to allowing the words to flow forth.

From Michael:
We are again pleased to make our return. Whatever your longing it will be fulfilled. Remember though, longings are not filled by things and relationships but filled only by contentment. Without contentment there is longing. Havingness is not the accumulation of wealth but simple contentment. Desire creates longing, but longing can only be filled with contentment. Desire itself calls contentment to it. Desire is your link to contentment. So, when you are in a state of longing, which is normal for most people, ask to be filled with contentment rather than asking for that person or that thing. You will find that true fulfillment will be soon in coming.

Previously we have talked somewhat about the mechanics of the astral plane. Astral School, and the Astral game that is played. You have a number of personal players on the astral plane and the astral fragments of your essence are much more numerous that you might expect. Fragmentation on the astral plane, since it does not require physical bodies, is much easier. Note we say physical bodies and not just bodies. Astral bodies are quite real, but are composed of astral material which is thought dependent rather than energy dependent. Your physical plane bodies are dependent on limited amount of usable solar energy (food). Your astral bodies are dependent on unlimited essence energy. We say that solar energy is limited because it must be stepped down into biological systems before it can make a body. Cells, although numerous, are now set within the laws of ecologic scarcity. These laws are being now codified by your scientists who by the way are becoming alarmed about the state of the planet.

You will always have this conflict while you are in a body. On one level you are the free and energetic astral being. Playful, full of games, innocent, open, courageous, loving, affectionate and on the other hand you inhabit a human body which, by its own device, fully understands the laws of scarcity on planet earth. The body, due to its conditioning, has a propensity to become fear driven. The fragment that inhabits the body will then be the subject of the conditions.

The conditions, as we have talked about before, are improving. Yes you are in an ecologic crisis that could rival the end of the cretaceous 65 million years ago. Already you are losing and have lost habitat at an alarming rate. Consider New York city. If it was now a pristine forest environment you would certainly put up a fuss if developers decided to build skyscrapers there. Or again, if your government decided to wipe out the buffalo and their habitat to make room for industrial farms you would no doubt be calling your political representatives. You have already lost some of the most energetic and productive habitats to farming and industry. Only a few decade ago you may have been a willing partner in the destruction, now you are an ecologist.

We will bring up here what your may find controversial. The Earth can not be saved by humanity. The Earth will regenerate her loses and will do so without the assistance of human beings.
Humanity though, does carry a responsibility to itself to adapt to changing planetary conditions brought about by the most part by humanity. The desire to save the planet is solely a desire of humanity to have a place on the physical plane to play the physical plane game. You as essence can do very well without planet earth and planet earth can do very well without humanity.
Now why do we bring this up. Because you can gain so much by waking up to the fact that you are part of a global ecosystem which is out of balance. And, that you can live within it in a state of harmony.

Now to do so again go back to what we said earlier. You are, in essence, energetically unlimited. You have, at your demand, to ability to be satisfied. You have, within the core of your Self, infinite love. Essence wants to play the earth game by the rules. If you believe you are limited, then you will be discontented and the Earth will register the vibration and you will manifest scarcity. They key to living in harmony with the planet is to realize you are at your core the unlimited love of essence.
Is this possible? For a very few yes. For the majority of the planet no. However, if we go back to the fufillment of desire. If you desire the unlimited love of essence you will receive it. Period. It may come in unrecognzeable, confusing, cryptic and otherwise mysterious ways, but it will come. The love has a powerful harmonizing influence that reaches way beyond the influence of personality. When channled in groups the influence of the love will be squared (mathematically). If the power of the influence were to be cubed, then the entire planet would be influenced. Everyone on the planet would feel a great wave of contentment.


The Michael Line #17

Again it is we are glad to be back conversing with all of you again. The ripples of time are becoming wavelets now so expect to be rocked a bit. This is no wake from a passing ship but an adjustment to a new norm. So, to help you adjust, here is a little exercise we would like you to consider. Now, this is not a brain teaser but an acceptance of a state of reality. We simply want you to examine the exercise and consider it in your life. First, establish what is outside of yourself. Look around your environment, notice the defined elements - that is the actual objects you can place words on. The chair, the lamp, the book, the computer, the picture of the friend, etc etc. These are all abstract constructions that you have memorized in your lifetime. Some came early in life such as cat and dog, others have come later, such as hard drive. They are all named objects - and they are named objects by a collective human agreement. After you have done a little naming, then look at the objects in terms of their negative space - That is, the space that defines their relationship to eachother or themselves. For example, a chair is also defined by the space that surrounds it. If you begin looking at the negative space that supports the objects it carries no name. Without it though you would have no reality. So, in your own reality you have a supportive element that is infinite in scope. You could say that the space around objects is essential for the creation of the objects. You have also shifted yourself to a higher level of observation mode (7 levels in all).

So you may say "so what, here I am looking at all the holes in objects and telling myself I am do something extraordinary." Well, we will say that you are indeed doing something extraordinary. You have moved out of the ordinary, learned vision of reality into a vision of the next level. We will say here that people will take mind altering substances to achieve this, you can do it quite naturally.
Gazing: To continue the exercise we will ask you to find a small object (crystals and flowers work well) and place it about three feet in front of you in a position that is comfortable for your eyes and neck. Gaze at the object without taking your focus off of it. Allow your mind to wander but keep your eyes on the object. (If you are more oral in nature, try listening to a constant sound and keep your eyes closed). We do advise that you keep it the focus for a minimum of five minutes. You may notice a breakdown of the difference between the negative and positive form into an amorphous form that surrounds the single object. This is a physical metaphor for the presence of being and you have experienced another higher level of observation mode.

After the exercise remind yourself that the entire experience is being created by your nervous system. Everything, the entire universe, is being replicated in an understandable way by your nervous system.

Now with this in mind, you are not your nervous system, or your body. Most of you know this, but we want to remind you of it. The nervous system is only a mirror of your reality. You have gazed into the mirror for such a long time that you have forgotten that you are not the reflection.
Some scientist believe that consciousness is a condition of a nervous system and without a nervous system there is no consciousness. We of course will advise you otherwise. Consciousness is a universal energy that is within all matter and permeates all that is. Consiousness created a nervous system to channel itself. Period. At higher levels of essence there is no differeniation between self and the Universal Consiousness. You are at some level, pure consiouness which is expanded into billions of suns, planets, moons, and bodies(at all levels of awareness - which is another story). We don't want to dissapoint you but at some level of consiousness you will lose all differentiation between the self and all that is. We say this because you will have no attachments and no desire, the Universe will simply be a creation of your Otherness which you will serve unconditionally. It is also your final pathway.

Back to the exercise. We simply ask you here to remind yourself of your power to create your reality. The exercise itself frees your subconscious mind from having to maintain a constant refreshing of the symbols that you create reality with. With the subconscious free your ability to create is stronger. You are saying to your reality maintenance crew, "OK, take a break for a while, lets all enjoy the scenery". Another analogy would be looking at a painting and examining the paint instead of the image. You will be called on more and more to remember this, that you are the creator of your reality. By shutting off the naming process you are able to connect your conssciousness to higher levels and open up communication lines from the various levels of essence. There are many ways to do this and most of you are now practising techniques that achieve this. The exercise is helpful because it goes beyond "talking to yourself" - that is reminding a subpersonality that it needs to pay attention to the process.

With these in mind, we would like to present "Any Fragment's" soul age diary. What would Any Fragment write home about each exciting incarnation? What we are providing here is a look into statements of single lifetime lessons that motivate behavior in terms of evolution through soul age.
The Infant Soul:
"Where am I? I am separate from my spirit home and I have lost my ability to fly. I am alone in this dark thick place. It is dense but this is a unique sensation that I have not experienced. There is a familiarity. Have I done this before? Where are my friends who I have traveled with throughout the cosmos. We have been so many things together and now that reality is disappearing like a faded dream. Everything here is so thick, so slow, so dense."
"I have a pain in my stomach. When my stomach is full I feel whole, when my stomach is empty I feel pain. This pain drives me to kill other creatures. I kill, I eat, I am satisfied."
"Creatures that can kill me hide in the darkness. If I am killed I will not be able to satisfy my emptiness."
"I can hold fire which is not thick like me. It is light like I was. I can see this spirit. He is light, he is my friend. The wild animals which can kill me are afraid of this spirit. Fire makes me powerful. Friends help me."

"Some of us still act like them. We must really punish them. We will name laws that no one can break. Our laws will define who we are. Any one who breaks the laws will be treated like the others."

The Young Soul

"Look how powerful I am. I can control the others and make them bring me anything I desire. They are stupid. Their Gods are stupid. I can cheat with success. I will hide my tricks in a dark place."
"I can fill myself up now but I get sick of it. But then I still want more. The others work hard to bring in wealth. I can take it from them. God is stupid and cannot punish me for this. That must be a lie. There is no god. Only me."

The Mature Soul

Karmic Contract Law

We welcome you again. Thanks for staying with us so long and of course it is a pleasure to be again with you. As you are reading this you are tuning into our energy, so, if you feel somewhat agitated, let yourself relax. Reading channeled material can tune you into the energy of the being since by doing so you have at some level of agreement at least considered to listen to the information that the being is transmitting.

We will add here that we are constantly transmitting. You at some moment decide to tune into and receive our signal. We are awake at all times and at all times we are transmitting on a primary level information that will help you in the study of the overleaves. We also, at a secondary level, link you to other sources of information that help you answer questions. We do not transmit information on Karmic Contract Law, but, we assist in the selection and delivery of that information. This is true for many other subjects. The analogy is the internet, with all its links. You may find a great page that, while it has a directory in a server, is always available for you to read. If you key in its web address, you will find it. If it is a good page, it will have plenty of links to other addresses. We of course do not leave the screen while related information is being transmitted. You will note that you can ask us anything and the quality of the energy field your aura is within will remain somewhat constant.
And yes, like the net, there is plenty of false information out there. We will do what we can to influence you toward your truth.

Karmic Contract Law (i)

We want to introduce this subject to ease the burden you may feel about your Karma. The fact is, your past lives are responsible for much of your present Karma and to blame your present personality and lifetime for your condition would be unjust and unfair. You are not to blame. You, as a personality are a temporary holder of the fragment of essence which is for all intent and purposes the responsible party. In a court of law, you would simply be an innocent bystander. The fragment, by and large, came into the physical plane quite innocent of all the trouble that she has been putting together for you. This is a strange relationship. First of all, your inner monologue or thought process do not originate with the fragment. Personality then is the intermediary between Karmic experiences of the physical plane and the energy that is the fragment. Personality is like a mirror for the benefit of the fragment. The fragment of course gets all of it, all the pain and pleasure or the karmic experience, but is the permanent party in the relationship. To you, the waking and quite temporary ego, the fragment is much greater in scope, range and persective. The fragment, unlike the personality, is never totally unconscious. You, as personality will experience only a part of the whole fragment at any time.

You do have access to the full experience of the fragment and most of you have been working diligently this lifetime to reach that level of conscious awareness. And we might add, in your very own persnickity way. At the old soul level of experience the fragment is much wiser than it was as an infant soul and will be pulling on its present personality to link and unify. In fact, you cannot link with essence until you link with you as the individual fragment.

You may ask, "I thought I was a fragment?". By all means you are, but the fragment as a field of energy utilizes personality and the various thought forms it produces as tools. You are the essence fragment, you are not your thoughts, but your throughts have a great hypnotic power in convincing you that you are your thoughts. Consider, the artist is not her paintings.

As we have talked about before. The essence fragment exists at a number of levels of conscious awareness. That is, the fragment cohabitates a series of dimensional levels . She does, have more than one address to maintain. For example, you as personality can be quite unaware of your aura yet at a higher level of awareness the energy of the fragment is quite aware of the influences on the aura. You, as a personality, have a limited capactity to handle incoming and outgoing information. You have limited perception. The fragment then is less limitation and a greater ease of travel within the boundaries of your totality of experience. The fragment then is an intermediary and handler of experience for essence. Essence "is", the fragment communicates at all levels, and you are the anchor for the moment.

As you may have noticed we, through our teaching, have persisted in helping you remove negative notions about who you are. That is we are not ones that would introduce and maintain ideas about original sin, or delusion. We will continue to promote ideas about self worth and self value. You are, at all levels, valuable and worthy. Experience is not delusion but cosmic learning experience where everyone in the Unverse from Galaxy to nuetrino has part in. Good and Evil, Darkness and Light, etc. are all polarties of a constant transmission of pure consciousness, the Tao. You as essence know this perfectly well. So, if we can remind you, then you further link with your origin and the memories of who you are.

Karmic Contract Law (ii)

All information about the Universe is held in a stable form in the Akashic record. All Karmic effects from any action have a "ripple" in the record. If you could visualize the record in a three dimensional image you might think of the surface of ponds that are stacked infinitely in a long double helix, with one tube catching the future and the other tube catching the past and the present being the slice you are witnessing. All your Karmic contracts are stored in the Akashic record, and any being who wishes to access your files can do so. There is no right to privacy in the Akashic record. An infant soul fragment may want to find a suitable old soul teacher and can access your files, play out various scenarios and force a contract upon you. This is rare however, since they are usually reluctant to move outside their entity and they will rely mainly on the accidental circumstances of the physical plane teaching environment for introduction of new Karma.

Of course we have yet to define a Karmic Contract and we realize that such a definition may be helpful for you to understand what we are talking about here. We have mentioned to many of you Karmic Ribbons. The ribbons are the magnetic karmic connections you have with other fragments. When you complete a contract, you burn a ribbon. When you burn a ribbon you release energy that you can choose to apply for the support of your individual awareness. The energy can then be transformed into intuition, wisdom, healing, knowledge, and love. You cannot have the energy unless you create Karma and burn a ribbon. So the contract defines the circumstances of the Karma. Basically, who it is with, when will it manifest, what will the effects be, how it will be released, and the escape clause. Artisans will create very complex Karmas while Warriors will keep things simple. For example, an artisan will develop an intricate plot that leads to the Karma while a warrior will get right to the point and do it all in battle. Sages will develop dramatic Karmas that they can tell stories about, Kings will make Karmas that others will fall into, and Scholars will have Karmas that they can study. It is not uncommon to find a Scholar commit a Karma at a young age and spend her entire lifetime reliving every detail over and over again. Servers have a difficult time maintaining Karmas since their very nature - service - completes Karmas. Servers will do some pretty nasty things in infant and baby levels just to create enough Karma to hold them to the physical plane. Priests will tend to let other roles do their Karma for them - but they are still held responsible.
The contract then is a document, held in the akashic record, describing the details of a Karma. It is also linked to numerous other Karmas with other fragments. Yes it is a seemingly complicated system, in truth though, the system is so complex that it regulates and maintains itself. All the grunt linking work is taken care of by the Akashic Record Central Operating System (ARCOS). ARCOS is self regulating, self maintaining and continually upgrades to meet the every changing demands of an expanding universe.

When you leave your body at death you take with you your instinctive center which has collected information from each chakra. Immediately after your death you go through a life review which is essentially a download of your life experiences into the Akashic record for the purpose of reevaluating and creating Karmic Contracts. During its non incarnational period in the Astral Plane the fragment will review the past life experience data base and modify the contract. The amount of energy that is spent on this is up to the fragment. A more mature fragment will spend a good deal of energy on the contracts, a less mature one will skip the whole process and dive back into a lifetime as soon as a body is available. The energy spent on review does not in anyway reduce the amount of contracts but it can lead to an increase in net energy released in the following lifetime. Study can reduce the amount of random type experiences that will occur. Randomness and accident are the results of unconscious living, the study of the contracts will increase the level of awareness in the lifetime, and with that level of awareness will come greater consciousness. Of course to a fragment, gambling does have its allure!

Old souls do have more experience with contracts and will spend the necessary energy in perfecting them. Old souls will say "why not make the most out of a lifetime? I can do so many interesting things in less time and increase my net energy gain and supply my entity with greater joy".

More on Karmic Contracts

The study of contracts is not done in some dusty law office but within entity home base which is your home in the astral plane. You do not have to form an iron butt to study them. You play them out in the environment that your entity has provided with other members of your entity. Those that have cycled off will act as counselors, guides and teachers. Your experiences and Karmas are valuable to the collective and they will do their best to help you complete Karmas and burn the ribbons. Every time a ribbon is burned a beautiful "event" will occur within the entity. You could imagine the ribbon is a fuse, it burns and a fireworks display lights up the sky. Everyone who witnesses it applauds.

A typical contract may read like the following:

1. I will meet Sue Jones at Country Club University. We will complete a mating agreement that will result in a pregnancy. Instead of abandoning her, like I did twelve lifetimes ago, I will marry her. She will leave me after four years of marriage and I will have custody of our child. Instead of blaming her I will support her pursuit ofa career in cake decorating. This act of agreement will burn a Karmic ribbon and I will be able to apply the extra energy to parenting. The positive parenting energy will create a surplus that will expand to the astral plane and feed my entity. The energy boost to the entity will be returned to me as healing power.

2. My healing powers, which will come through my entity, will attract many people, all of them will be from a past life, 60 lifetimes ago, when I was a Roman slave trader. I was responsible for the enslavement of 3000 fragments, all of which died from abuses inflicted upon them as slaves. I still have Karmas with 250 of them. I will use the healing power to complete 50 of those Karmas.
Karmic Trades: With any surplus of energy trades and gifts can be made. You can, within your contract, stipulate that you will relieve other fragments of Karma with any surplus of energy you may enjoy. You may have an entity mate that is overburdened and you can release them of Karma through your healing work. With less of a burden your mate will be free to concentrate completing outstanding debts and advancing into the "black".

There does not have to be a surplus however, you may choose to trade simply because your circumstances to complete another fragments Karma are easier. The ease of course puts you into the "black" with less expenditure of energy.

Karmic Overburden or KO.

One of the difficulties that present itself to fragments is Karmic Overburden (KO). Here you have too much Karma to complete in a lifetime which results in severe confusion and nothing gets done. This happens to many mature souls who have run up the credit card too much as young souls and now have to pay off the debt. Yes, there are time limitations involved and if the Karma is not taken care of you will pay an additional interest. We realize that this does sound somewhat farfetched, but you are required to fulfill your contract obligations. The act of not fulfilling your obligations results in additional Karma, always self Karma, the interest payment of Karma. Notice that old souls are usually in deep with self Karma. Yes, the interest payment. You have no Karma with anyone but yourself.

Most KO is experienced in mature soul life times. And in between lifetimes (or out of body) they will turn to Karmic Brokers for some relief. Brokers simply act as advisers and traders. They will write a contract with another fragment who wishes to trade, buy or sell Karma. Some Karmas are much sought after, and some fragments actually need Karma to fulfill agreements. The broker will arrange a meeting with another fragment and facilitate the karmic bargaining process. There is no Karmic cash so Karma must all be bartered and it can be difficult making equal trades. In many cases three pigs do not add up to a race horse even if the weight matches. You can see here how some interesting agreements can form to balance the Karmas. They all balance or a trade cannot take place. Karmas can only be sold for service.

Now, back to the problem of interest. As we said, interest comes from not completeing a Karma within the time limitations of the contract. If you miss your appointment then you must pay the penalty. This is automatic. The Karma will be played out in some form even if it is within the subpersonalities created by an incarnated fragment. The goal that best facilitates a large burden of self Karma is reevaluation. You will create lots of Karma, you will then experience the consequences. You will either embrace and complete or run away from the Karmas. If the Karmas are not completed at the scheduled moment then they will be stored. If the other being says, "Hey, I was there on time, you didn't show up and I have better things to attend to" then the Karma has to go somewhere - back into the core of the fragment, the instinctive center.

Now these are your Karmic debts that you are paying to another fragment. It is the fragments choice whether to accept payment. If you show up and the other fragment declines, then that Karma is essentially forgiven. There can be some frustration here with the payer really wanting to pay off the debt, but if no payment is accepted during the agreed time then the debt is forgiven. However, the Karma is valuable and is usually sold or traded. Look at it this way, the recipient may not want anything to do with the Karma, but the payer may say, "I really wanted to release that Karma through healing; I have much to learn". It is rare though that a Karmic payment is discarded - usually some fragment will want it.

Old souls are mostly working on interest payments or self Karmas. To help eachother work off self Karmas they will make non binding agreements. The burning of self Karma also releases energy to the entity. Think of it as a hot air balloon that also draws the energy source higher along with it. This aids the collective cycling off process. The energy releases into old soul entities can be quite spectacular. It has all the excitment of a long awaiting deparature with the engines of the vehicle finally warm enough for take off. Many laggard framents will simply be pulled up by their entity releasing all sorts of Karma during those final very intense lifetimes.

One way to see an entity cycle is to picuture a large craft full of passengers crashing on an island. The passengers slowly move out the escape hatch one at a time. The slowly make shelters, first with wreckage from the plane but then they learn to use the local materials. The slowly become aclimated to their new environment and then begin to settle down to a new lifestyle. Soon the evidence of their origen disappears and the memory becomes vague. The build villages and do what they need to do to survive. The vague memory of their origin never leaves and they always have a desire to fly. They try many attempts at regaining flight but fail over and over again. Finally someone discovers a model of flight and begins to develop it. They test our the craft and redesign it to hold the many members of the island. Finally a craft is built that will hold them all and the departure date is set. Still some have grown accostomed to island life and do not want to leave. But the pull of the collective is so strong that they cannot remain alone. The ship takes off and they run to get on board before liftoff.

All of you have a unique position in your entity and you perform tasks that support your entity. Your interests, studies, liesures and work will reflect your position and your contracts are arranged with this in mind. If you come to a difficult Karma your entity will allow help from other members. This is optional, non binding agreement but there are usually plenty of volunteers who are willing to help. Your evolution serves the evolution of your entity.
