Yes, we are late in getting out our second issue of 1996 (about six or so months), however, we hope you enjoy this issue and will excuse us if our channel has been attending to other details. Notice how the feeling of immunity from Karmic Prosecution has become stronger in your life. Many of you have been taking care of your Karma through your practise of greatest efficiency. What is that? Again, you have heard of the course of least resistance. This is the same. It is actions that follow statements such as “How do I serve,” or “I am creating my reality,” or “Everything I am doing is exactly what I am supposed to be doing.” Remember that it takes time for these statements of the ascension to sink in and take effect. These are statements of self acceptance and with that comes Self Acceptance, which is of course, entering the awareness of the Higher Self or the One Self. A few notes about that, as you begin to form thoughts around the previous statements you slowly transform them into actions (action follows thought). These thoughts synchronize you with the energy of the One Self (Essence in her wholeness). Your actions then become actions of the One Self.
Yes, we mentioned a word called “Karmic Prosecution”. What could that be? Karmic Prosecution is Karma that is the result of self judgements and guilt. You essentially, seeing your Karma as good and bad, place a judgement on it. Bad things come your way and you blame yourself. “It is my Karma,” you may say. We have always maintained through this channel that Karma is essentially neutral and it is your reaction to it that will perpetuate emotional, mental and physical pain. The ascension expands your awareness allowing you to approach your higher self. With this expanded awareness beside bringing confusion comes higher creative abilities. You begin creating your reality and living it as your creation. With this expanded awareness you begin seeing your Karma as a neutral, mechanical operative rather than some sort of devil from hell that is in your life to persecute you. You see, if Karma is neutral it takes on the illusion and delusion that you project upon it. Karma is not the prosecuting attorney that is out to win a case against you. You can relax, you will “pass go”, collect your $200, and not be sent to another Karmic prison for hundreds of more lifetimes. You will begin seeing Karma as neutral. Karma, instead of a prosector will appear as a referee telling you when you are breaking your own rules and allowing you to continue the game.
Chief feature of course is judgment dependent and will be creating one big storm, especially toward the end of 1996 when you will be seeing a Chief Feature Revolt. Chief feature, beside throwing blame on everything and everyone, always says “What about me? Where’s mine? and What do I get out of it.” Basically chief feature gets no reward. It’s only reward is it’s death. Chief feature suffers and if it dies it no longer suffers. You actually do it a favor by doing your spiritual work. Expect plenty of inner resistance as Winter approaches. You will feel the big “NO” word coming in to your thoughts, so as we suggested before, go into observation mode, become an observer of your own thoughts, and realize they are not you. The struggle you will have with chief feature will strengthen you for 1997, the year of fun.
Fun will have its negative attributes as well as its positive. It will be there to trick you into looking at yourself. There will be plenty of mocking cynicism with the joyful belly laughs. Realize that the negative attributes bring you to the positive attributes, so, don’t take it too seriously. The inner cynic can bring you old souls into self dep. You may say, “oh look what a mean person I can be, I am supposed to be a spiritual person, but how can I be so mean?”. But the cynic wants to bring you to the truth so let it. If you need to uncover a lot of old wounds, go with it, chances are they will be converted to laughter. 1997 will bring in many opportunities for healing emotional wounds, but it will be the cynic that will expose your falseness to you. The cynic can be the primary destroyer of chief feature, remember it is the energy of the warrior column who gives us the cynic, and when the slate needs to be cleared you call the warrior. We bring up 1997 because its energy has already come in during October and will slowly strengthen.
This early arrival, or overlap is caused by the rate of time increase we have talked about before in other issues. You have all noticed how time flies. This has been a common expression for many years, yet its flight path is subtly gaining altitude. Saying time is speeding up is not quite accurate, saying time is gaining vibrational frequency is more accurate. We will maintain that time is energy and energy is subject to changes in vibrational frequency. Notice the speed of light maintains a constant speed but its vibration can change, this is true for time. Time really has no speed like the speed of light, but it has vibration which ranges in frequency. Time has no point source such as light and sound (a star would be a point source) but it is contained within all consciousness, including matter. You could say time is the medium of the Akashic record. The comparison would be pen and paper to the record keeper. As it increases in vibrational rate the Akashic record retrieves more information. For you your moments become fuller and you are able to perceive more physical information.
This enables a stretching of the moment which then creates a gap in unfilled space. The space immediately draws into it more consciousness, or the popular word “light”. You can go two ways with this, you can ignore it and go into confusion and forgetfulness, or you can learn to become more aware by paying attention and be filled with it and go into evolution. You have a choice but you need to remember the choice. You need to remember to constantly pay attention. If you stub your toe, forget where you parked your car, become angry over a triviality, etc. etc., use those events to bring you into the moment and say “I AM BEING”. Nothing more need be said. This phrase, when said in the memory of the moment is the key to surfing the evolutionary shift rather than wiping out in it. Both will bring you to the shore.

Spontaneity in 1997
No matter how hard you try to plan, organize and control your life you will be constantly and pleasantly surprised by unexpected, new subpersonalities coming in and taking over the show. You may find yourself in a situation that you felt unready for and then be completely at ease in it, responding perfectly to the environment. The core self is creating new subpersonalities that are ascension ready, or in other words, you will be seeing some of the results of your spiritual work. For example, a highway patrolman stops you and instead of feeling fearful and nervous, you immediately and surprisingly say the exact right words that put a smile on the officers face and puts you quickly on your way. Or, you are asked to make a speech in front of a group of people. You plan and plan, but when your time comes, you put away your notes and effortlessly give an entertaining speech that everyone loves. What you will be experiencing are quantum leaps of consciousness in the real world. You will be allowing subpersonalities to develop and come forth that will be in tune with the reality creation potential of Essence.
For those of you unfamiliar with subpersonalities and of course for all of you who are, a subpersonality is a set of behaviors that you create to interact with other people and their subpersonalities. They are based on your overleaves and you could say that each subpersonality has her own set of overleaves. You have both male and female style subs and they usually automatically appear for any social situation you are in. Lets say you are with a new mating agreement for the first time. You will create a subpersonality that will gain entry into the mating agreement. Some of you have conflicting sub’s that will try to keep you out - which can lead to some discomfort and conflict. But, usually one sub will win out and take over the situation. Basically, the subpersonality will come out to meet the social situation you are in. Notice how differently you behave when you are with your cat or dog. You are allowing your child sub to emerge. When you are looking for control you let your inner cop come forward and take command. Many people can have a wide range of subs and the wider the range the more possibility for inner conflict.
As your energy moves into higher wave bands you will be acquiring new subs and dispensing with old subs. You may be experiencing your inner angel, or your inner Christ. You will be meeting your Ascension Group of subpersonalities. They will be stepping in, quite surprisingly, and taking over your behaviors. Many of those old nasty subs will be out of the picture. These are the subs that work primarily through chief feature and sabotage your efforts for happiness. Your inner parasite, your inner junky, your inner thief, and your inner slob will be taking a hike to the void. The new subs though will not be looking for approval. They don’t really care in the least for it. These subs can look a lot like neutral overleaves in the positive pole and will be bringing you into higher centered experiences. Why look for approval from your friends when you are in your higher emotional center? The higher centered experiences have been brief at best for many, but these subs have an ability to maintain your awareness in the higher centers.
We will add here that your subpersonalities are just as much a creation of other people as they are your own. Your subs are drawn out of you by your friends. Notice how a parent can draw out your child sub. Your mate may draw out your lover. Other people in your life are looking for the definitions of you that they create. In a prisoner/guard monad the guard may draw the sludge subpersonality out of the prisoner. Of course the prisoner will draw the cop out of the guard. It is unlikely that the guard will always act the part of the guard. The subs are only activated for a situation. We bring this up to let you know that you will be entering social situations that will draw out the new subpersonalities. Other people in you life will be calling for them and you may very well provide for them. Or, people in your life will be acting through the new subs and pulling you into their creative influence.
What this does is offer you some relief from a responsibility that is not truly yours. In other words. You do not have to seek situations to be good with the reward “feel good”. You simply only have to be and the higher subpersonality will come through very easily. We are asking here for you to trust your own presence. Just Be. You don’t have to follow a code of conduct or join a service group. The subs will not come through you in a “I should” situation. For example you may say “I should help the poor because I am prosperous and prosperity is evil unless it shared.” Or “I cannot feel good about myself unless I do good”. Notice that these are both statements of judgement. The Angel subpersonality does not judge and will not manifest through an action stimulated by a judgement. The fact is doing good to feel good will not manifest the angel sub. Feeling good, alone, without any reason or justification will allow the angel sub to be and work through you. So, back the mantra for 1997, “I AM BEING”.
So what about the spontaneity. This is the natural flow of the self as it activates one of the new subs. This is self awakening. The energy cannot be resisted, it simply bursts into your awareness, forms the appropriate subpersonality and makes a wave in the physical plane. Since it is the self it carries not judgement and with no judgment there is no Karma. Period
