When it comes to understanding and knowing yourself, you are your best authority. This includes anything that may be channeled by us or any other being, or what your family and friends may suggest. You are with yourself 24 hours a day, in your sleep, in your dreams and in all of your sub personalities you are in center stage of your life. Nobody knows you better than yourself, not even your mother .
(When we speak of authority we do not mean the authoritarian; we mean the authority of a subject - the subject then being you. Also notice that authority is the positive pole of power mode, the negative pole is oppression. Someone who is using the positive pole speaks with authority. They know their subject and they take the responsibility to deliver what they know to be the truth.)
