If you are looking for a symbol for the upcoming year, we would suggest using the image of a traveler or even explorer to describe the way in which the energy of consciousness will be creating events in and around your lives. We are not saying that you will be traveling anywhere since some of you fear the thought and would prefer to remain in front of your computer screens, viewing the world from the warmth and safety of your secure home. However the chances that more of you will be taking more unexpected, unusual and spontaneous journeys will increase greatly. The desire will be spontaneous and unexpected and we suggest that you go with any feelings of spontaneity rather than continue to repress them. Repression is not an energy that will flow with the energy of the year. If you feel the need to change, we encourage you to explore what opportunities you have for change and choose one of them. Or, two of them as we will discuss later.
This will be a year for instability. We suggest that you don’t even try. It is a year for motion in multiple directions. It is a year to view reality, yourself, your life, your relationships and your journey as a 24 lane freeway interchange. Energetically the year is creating multiple intersection points of possible realities. The choices you take will avail you to accept who you are, leave it behind and move on to new places in yourself that you have left unattended. You all have a wilderness within that is asking you to explore.
For many, your desire for adventure will be fulfilled. It could be a simple thing like taking a different road home, becoming lost, then finding your way. Or taking a planned vacation on a prepackaged sea cruise but ending up at the top of a mountain somewhere because you just needed to stay a few more hours at a cafe at the port. Whoops, missed the boat, but there are plenty of new and different adventures waiting. You may later learn that their was a serious case of dysentery on the cruise, or that it was caught in bad weather for five days. Either way, you will win.
This is a year about geography, about understanding your place in the world culturally, historically and politically. Imagine that you have just purchased a new world atlas but when you open the pages everything that you thought about the world has changed. It will appear as though familiar cities are no longer in their place and that the borders of nations have shifted or even come apart. We are speaking here both in a pure physical way and in a metaphysical way. Again, you will cross a bridge in your journey and again you will find yourself in new territory. Feel free to explore.
With adventure comes the unexpected, so we ask you to expect the unexpected more so in 2002. This will be on a larger social scale and less on an individual scale. That is, you can go about with your routine but around you it will appear as if your home town has become an amusement park.
This is not really a year for pronounced, individual, spiritual growth. There will be no blossoming into a light being and flying to some other Universe where candy is non fattening. However, it will be a year for harvesting the fruits of your spiritual work and laying out new seeds. You will not feel like being cooped up in a sweaty ashram sipping weak tea and ohming to the sixth chakra. You will simply want to get out of the house and spend some time doing something different, something new, trying on a new look, or taking a trip to a new place. Basically, many of you will feel like it is time for a divorce from your previous spiritual truths and look for somebody who will be there for you in a more real way. That dark stranger who has been promising you spiritual enlightenment for the past 30 years may have served her purpose, but no more promises. You will demand results rather than search for them. You will simply get up, go out and get them.
This will be a year to put spirit to work for you. More of you will bring in essence into your lives in a real, physical way. You will feel newer yet still yourself. You will also be more willing to take a risk.
Another image that helps describe the energy of this year is the roulette wheel but each spin brings in a set of unusual possibilities or even a new parallel Universe. Many of you will be leaving this particular line of events and traveling into a parallel of your choosing. If you make a drastic change in your life, such as leaving your spouse, traveling to a new town, immediately meeting people who seem very familiar to you, and starting a new life, you will simply be intersected a parallel universe that essence has created alongside your present one. Although your memories will appear to be intact, you may end up forgetting your old life and finding a new set of memories taking the place of the old. Of course, you will never really know.
This will be a year for many parallel universe shifts and blends. It is not that any one will disappear, it is that two will converge and that which is unnecessary will simply dissolve into the necessary. This can bring about some confusion and surprise. For example, you notice a new person at work that you do not recognize and you find out they have been there for a number of years. You may also regain lost memories however you are simply bringing together the new parallel convergence.
Time traveling will become real for some of you. This will not be through some machine but you will find yourself, in your dreams, going to environments that are more than dream environments. You will be seeing places that are definitely earth like except that they are not of this current time. Many future environments will be revealed to you to encourage you that the work you are doing is worthwhile and will make changes for the improvement over the present discord and oppression in global politics.
We have spoken of various major global time lines or possibility branches and as a source of the Michael Teaching we give them to you in our language system. There are seven major branches radiating from the present moment and although only one is the most probably, all seven are major possibilities. The probablities are similar to the throw of the dice There is a branch now that is the most likely and you could compare this to throwing a seven, which has odds of 1 in 6. The least likely branch would be like throwing a 2, with the odds of 1 in 36. Within each branch there are sub branches, and within each sub branch, even more subbranches. However, we will speak here of the global, future, possibility branches that include and influence all of humanity.
The FIRST of the global possibility branches includes the destruction of the human civilization as you know it. This is like a reevaluation or server position. There will simply be a non retractable nuclear exchange. THIS IS THE LEAST LIKELY OF THE SEVEN POSSIBILITIES. The less you think about this the better, since the fear around it will make it more likely. However most of you have been living with the fear for the past 57 years. The SECOND branch is the artisan or discrimination position. Here we could have a limited nuclear exchange, biological or weather disaster that brings about sudden change that must be dealt with. Essentially humanity will be forced to make a major turning point decision about how it conducts intself on the planet. New political boundaries and new, necessary social grouping will need to be formed . However, there is no room for the extras. As in discrimination, the emphasis is on only what is essential. The THIRD, the warrior position, involves an intensification of the present leaning toward police control. This is the most probable however the combination of branches FIVE, SIX & SEVEN pull THREE away from its set course. There will be no nuclear exchange or Armageddon scenario. You will see increased corporate takeover of all aspects of life. Government will be taken over by corporate sponsors. Again, this is very similar to your present environment except more. This involves microchip identification implants which are now being discussed by the banking industry. Undesirables will be “relocated”. Here we have the goal of submission and this is submission to the powers that be, and although this is presently the most likely event path, it is not at all necessary and can easily be diverted into one of the following four time lines, all of which are more desirable from our outlook and from the results of the lessons you have bee learning.
We will say that event branch THREE, the warrior path, is simply the 1st level of the Mature soul age wanting to revert to the previous, young soul, way. It is the result of fear of personal power and a subconscious fear of how powerful the human mind is in creating reality. Position FOUR involves the goal of flow. This is a live and let live philosophy that will lead to the position FIVE goal of acceptance. By going to FOUR you will bring about the conditions for 5,6 and even 7. With the present political situation it appeared that position 3 was well solidified but there will be plenty of situations, due to the parallel universe blending, to move into position 4. Here is where we ask you to ask to time travel into future environments and witness the happiness and beauty that humanity will have created if the four position is taken. These thoughts will open up windows of opportunity to reach 4. Four can look very much like the three position, however your ability to go with the flow, relax, and be yourself removes the cement of fear that holds the 3 position in place. Thus you weaken the three structure and allow for the manifestation of the goal of acceptance into the seven scenario.
5 sage, 6 priest and 7 king all allow for the transformation of humanity from a fearful species to a contented, loved filled species - your potential. No matter what the circumstance you will be able to find a solution to allow love to flow and heal. Many of you are now becoming channels of healing energy and we encourage you to accept this gift and let it flow. This is your true outpouring of wealth. Also note that potions 1 and 2 can also be healed by the flow of energy available by four, however, the shift from these positions is more problematic and fraught with difficulty.
If the present path into 3 continues you may expect a higher probability of a shift into branch 2 or even branch 1. Take notice that because the technology of mass destruction exists and because there are individuals in positions of power who are willing to use it that the possibility of nuclear/biological/chemical warfare although not at this time probable, it is a possibility. We ask you not to dwell upon images of mass destruction, or to create fear states around it. Simple recognize it as a possibility and move on with your life and especially to a vision of tomorrow that you want to manifest. The following years have a higher potential for healing and peace rather than destruction and war.
The 5 sage branch is a recognition of inner magic. Many more of you will have spontaneous manifesting events on a much more regular basis and you will feel open about telling others and sharing the gift. This will be a most entertaining time for many of you since in the 5 there will be nowhere to hide. Truth will be out in the open. Should certain politicians speak on the behalf of their own self interest they will seem quite transparent. Again, this scenario opens because enough people come out of fear and move to embrace their higher truth, love and energy.
The 6 priest branch reveals and conducts healing energy. With FIVE you will make contact with beings of light, however you will not have immediate physical indicators. You may have a conviction that you are communicating and channeling a light being, however, you do not see the immediate physical results. You may wait a few hours or days or even weeks. You will experience the result but not immediately. It is somewhat like using a phone to communicate an emotion. You may or may not get the message across but you cannot see the actual body language of who you communicate with. In SIX you will have the experience of physically sensing the being of light. It is more like having a television to communicate. You can recognize who you are speaking with and you can immediately see the results. Your beings of light may simply appear in your room at night and you can recognize them easily.
Where FIVE is predominately an intellectual change, SIX involves intellect and emotion. With FIVE healing will look more like an instruction book, with SIX it will be felt emotionally as a surge of love. It will be immediate. This is not a take a pill and come back in two weeks healing. This can be a immediate regeneration of tissue, or the cleansing of polluted water, or the revitalization of food. FIVE can describe the way, but SIX is the way.
SEVEN is the lifting of the veil between the physical plane and the higher realities. This cannot happen until the global blanket of fear is dissolved. SEVEN will produce spontaneous manifestations. Desiring a fresh peach? Turn around and one may appear. However, these manifestations are always in balance and atunement with the energies that allow for them to be. They are given to you as gifts. You may think of them, but you are only a part of a greater energy that creates all that is.
